damtechmatt 5
We use Protect Cloud as an MSP for our customers. Is it possible to have devices auto-activate when hey appear in the customers group, and are currently not activated? We use our RMM to install the agent and connect it to ProtectCloud, and then it installs the endpoint security software, but then we have to go into PROTECT to activate it. IT would be great if Protect could do this automatically when it detects an unactivated device, and assigns the right customers licence? Unless there is a better way of doing this?
