Windows Defender is running:

c:\programdata\microsoft\windows defender\platform\4.18.23050.5-0\msmpeng.exe

Please refer to my last reply in https://forum.eset.com/topic/36914-copy-paste-issue-eset-conflict and make sure that Defender is not enforced via a policy.

It's a kernel memory dump, developers would need a complete memory dump. Please configure Windows to generate complete memory dumps as per the KB above and generate one.

Hello, unfortunately, after disabling Defender did not solve the problem. Only disabling of real-time protection Eset module solved the problem.

Did you verify that Microsoft Defender is actually disabled; i.e. msmpeng.exe not running?

The new log is available at the link - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TQzhwEl0NpVV8HDCVQHvb_QzPRjFHMcs/view?usp=sharing
This log is without antivirus preload, otherwise the OS will not boot.

It also fails to do memory dump at the moment when PC "can't boot"

reproduce OS crash as instructed, when PC hangs on "Please wait" - fails, does not respond to buttons

Thank you

Unfortunately without a dump from a manually initiated crash when the issue occurs we won't be able to determine the root cause. Do you use a USB or PS2 keyboard? If a USB one, would it be possible to try it with a PS2 keyboard? Please note that the instructions for manual initiation of a crash are different for USB and PS2 keyboards.
