Administrators Marcos 4,841 Posted July 12 Administrators Share Posted July 12 Windows Defender is running: c:\programdata\microsoft\windows defender\platform\4.18.23050.5-0\msmpeng.exe Please refer to my last reply in https://forum.eset.com/topic/36914-copy-paste-issue-eset-conflict and make sure that Defender is not enforced via a policy. isakovsergei333 0
Hello, unfortunately, after disabling Defender did not solve the problem. Only disabling of real-time protection Eset module solved the problem.
Administrators Marcos 4,841 Posted July 14 Administrators Share Posted July 14 Please provide a kernel or full memory dump generated when the issue occurs. Please refer to https://support.eset.com/en/kb380 for instructions how to configure Windows to generate dump and manually trigger a crash. isakovsergei333 0
Full memory dump is uploded here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h25eGkrlTBZwojvq0jl0ZFq_XsAneHL-/view?usp=sharing Thank you
Administrators Marcos 4,841 Posted July 14 Administrators Share Posted July 14 It's a kernel memory dump, developers would need a complete memory dump. Please configure Windows to generate complete memory dumps as per the KB above and generate one.

Ursa Major 0
The new log is available at the link - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TQzhwEl0NpVV8HDCVQHvb_QzPRjFHMcs/view?usp=sharing This log is without antivirus preload, otherwise the OS will not boot. It also fails to do memory dump at the moment when PC "can't boot" reproduce OS crash as instructed, when PC hangs on "Please wait" - fails, does not respond to buttons Thank you
Administrators Marcos 4,841 Posted July 25 Administrators Share Posted July 25 Unfortunately without a dump from a manually initiated crash when the issue occurs we won't be able to determine the root cause. Do you use a USB or PS2 keyboard? If a USB one, would it be possible to try it with a PS2 keyboard? Please note that the instructions for manual initiation of a crash are different for USB and PS2 keyboards.
