Sokun168 0 Posted October 20, 2022 Posted October 20, 2022 Hello ESET team, I have a problem with ESET endpoint security for mobile, My mobile has factory reset or remove ESET on the device, then I remove the device on ESET Protect and EBA account also, but It's always back shown on ESET Protect again. I try to remove more time. How can I remove it?

Following the above 3 steps should remove selected devices and prevent them from connecting to the server again. Also make sure that agent is not being re-deployed, e.g. via a software install task assigned to a particular dynamic group.
