Hello,

We are using ESMC 7.2 with more than 200 clients, some of the traveler users face difficulty while they are away from the office, so would like to know is there a way to manage those machine when they are outside the office network?

thank you and appreciate

You could expose ESET PROTECT to the Internet via a reverse proxy to make it accessible by clients outside your network, move to ESET PROTECT Cloud from the on-premise solution, or install ESET PROTECT on an Azure/AWS server in the cloud.

Also please note that ESMC 7.2 is in limited support and will reach EOL in December 2022. We strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version ESET PROTECT 9.1 which fully supports the latest version of ESET endpoint and server security products.

Please refer to https://help.eset.com/protect_install/91/en-US/upgrade_procedures.html.

If you have ESMC installed on a Windows server, I'd recommend to use the All-in-one installer so that also non-ESET components be upgraded.

Don't forget to backup the database and export the server, agent and CA certificates first.

It shouldn't matter as long as the database type stays same.
