Website certificate revoke

Hi, 

I'm a website owner and a client is telling me that ESET is bloking the website with the message "Website Certificate Revoke". 

I've made a few test and everything look fine on our end. 

Followed this KB and the tool tell me that the website is fine : https://verify-letsencryptr3.dnsimple.tools/verify?host=https%3A%2F%2Fapp.followmybid.com%2F

Website : app.followmybid.com

So, what should I do with that?

I can't reproduce the issue so I assume it's likely caused by a local problem with certificates. Please open a support ticket with your local ESET distributor for further troubleshooting.

When using this URL in Firefox, I get a 404 error; cannot connect to the website error.

However, this URL: https://www.followmybid.com/ works w/o issue in Firefox.

The app full URL is distinct by clients, here is a test URL : https://app.followmybid.com/en-CA/nmediatest/home?splash=false

I'll ask my client to open a ticket if it's not solved on his end.

This url: http://app.followmybid.com does work w/o issue with Eset installed and redirects to https://www.followmybid.com/ .
