NobelDwarf 2
Since yesterday afternoon all reports in the detections actions are all showing the following is there a fix?
Administrators Marcos 4,919 Posted September 9, 2021 Administrators Share Posted September 9, 2021 Please raise a support ticket with your ESET UK. It's probably caused by the update of the Translation support module yesterday, however, I don't have this problem myself so there must be also something else that triggers the issue. ESET Moderators TomasP 311 Posted September 10, 2021 ESET Moderators Share Posted September 10, 2021 Based on a request by our development team, please enable Trace logging verbosity of the Agent on the machine the detection came from, then reproduce the issue and and include the log in your support ticket, as we need to see what detection in particular was sent to the console. Thanks Peter Randziak

Thanks I sent in a ticket yesterday and came back thinking it was a local server and told them it was a protect cloud then have not heard back from them. Trace Logging is already switched on but only for Warning.
Administrators Marcos 4,919 Posted September 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted September 10, 2021 The issue is caused by an older version of the Translation support module. On Monday we should start with upgrade, however, it will require a restart of the ESET PROTECT Cloud instance.
