Version 4.0.96 is the latest version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Linux desktop for home users. The latest version of ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Linux is 7.1.6.0, however, it doesn't have gui and is managed via ESMC.

I have ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition for Linux Desktop, v4.0.95.

Looking at the download page, v4 BE is still available for download via advanced download options:

Please try uninstalling ESET and installing it from scratch. However, we strongly recommend using the latest fully supported version.
