  1. Thanks. I noticed in the system requirements for SET Endpoint Antivirus for Linux v7, Ubuntu 16.04 is not listed. Is that correct?
  2. I have v4.0.93.0. Does this mean I will not get new antivirus signature updates?
  3. I have ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition for Linux Desktop, v4.0.95.
  4. I can't seem to find that download, only 4.0.95? https://www.eset.com/uk/business/endpoint-antivirus-linux/download/
  5. Within the past week, my ESET is failing to open it's GUI. Nothing has changed. I am running Ubuntu 16.04 with EST 4.0.95. 6. That's what i thought, was confused why it wasnt using SSH. How do i check if the agent is installed on the client laptop? As you can see below, I started the task at 10:59, but it only errored with SSH at 14:20. By that time I had given up and turned the laptop off. Surely it shouldn't take that long to error? Also, I have 2 network interfaces on the remote admin server, one for local network and one for internet. I cannot find how to set ESET to use the appropriate interfaces. 2018-05-10 10:59:10 Error: CRemoteInstallModule [Thread 7fc9c5fc3700]: UnixWindowsNetworkRemote
  7. I have setup a server task to deploy a linux agent to ubuntu 14 laptops. But when I run the task it errors with: * Mounting remote share '//laptop1.company.local/ADMIN$' to '/tmp/era_remote_deploy_wn_sngA7qIlH2nU5J4q/cifs' + mkdir /tmp/era_remote_deploy_wn_sngA7qIlH2nU5J4q/cifs + LANG= mount -t cifs -o username=admin //laptop1.company.local/ADMIN$ /tmp/era_remote_deploy_wn_sngA7qIlH2nU5J4q/cifs Unable to find suitable address. * [Exit code = 32] I can ping and DNS lookup from the server to the laptop, but not vice-versa as I want to use an IP for the server. I can SSH both ways. Any ide
  8. Following the guide here https://help.eset.com/era_install/64/en-US/index.html?component_installation_windows.htm I get an error: 2018-05-10 09:48:33 Information: CheckCertificate: Set output property: P_CERT_TO_CHECK_STATUS = NOT_VALID_PFX 2018-05-10 09:48:33 Information: Checking certificate ended with error 'ParsePkcs12: Could not verify password (invalid password or corrupted pkcs12 structure)'. Path provided - '/home/admin/agent.pfx' What is my default password for the certificates? This is a fresh install.
  9. Hi all, I am new to ESET and am trying to setup on our systems. How do I use 2 network cards on the OVA? One is for the local network, one is for the internet. Secondly, I have setup a server task to install the AV Linux on our clients. It's detected the clients, but provides no other info like OS. This doesn't sound right?
