mashiyer 0
Hi, I have a 5 user business license for ESET Endpoint Antivirus + File Security. I'm using EBA to manage my licenses. In EBA on the licenses tab it says 4/5 licenses used. There are only 2 activated devices shown which is the correct number of activated devices. I've looked in ESMC as well but can't find the missing devices. How do I find and remove the extra 2 licenses being used? Thanks
Administrators Marcos 4,923 Posted July 9, 2020 Administrators Share Posted July 9, 2020 Is it the license Gxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxR ? If so, it's been activated on 5 devices.

Administrators Marcos 4,923 Posted July 9, 2020 Administrators Share Posted July 9, 2020 We've synced the license and now EBA shows the information correctly.

Could this not be done at a user level in case it happens again?
Administrators Marcos 4,923 Posted July 9, 2020 Administrators Share Posted July 9, 2020 No, synchronization can be triggered only from our internal systems. Such issues do not occur normally so I believe you will not encounter it again.
