Please be patient the new version to be release as a phase manner unless you have a Pre released Update you will be receive it soon, and probably  the newer version 13.0.24.0 will release in few days with patched to cover a System Cleaner issue.

German version 13.0.22.0 installed:

- With pre-release updates enabled: No program update is found

- With regular updates enabled: 13.0.24.0 is found
