Administrators Marcos 5,399 Posted October 20, 2019 Administrators Share Posted October 20, 2019 What version of MS Outlook do you use? Do you receive email via MAPI from a MS Exchange server? Does temporarily disabling integration with MS Outlook makes a difference? If not, what about temporarily disabling protocol filtering?

Administrators Marcos 5,399 Posted October 21, 2019 Administrators Share Posted October 21, 2019 If neither of the suggested options worked then it's unlikely that ESET would be the culprit.
Michael Noble 0
Windows 10 Pro 1903 19/09/14 18362.418 Smart Security Premium 13.0.22.0 I am having a similar problem - have to turn off the firewall to receive e-mail in Outlook 2019 Firewall rule: Rule created for OUTLOOK.EXE by learning mode (4) TCP Any profile Allow Both C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE Additionally, Interactive Mode no longer works - intermittently stops internet access and no interaction. Now it appears that the learning mode is non-functional (not learning) in latest update. What is going on with Eset?
