ilir rasiti 0 Posted January 28, 2019 Share Posted January 28, 2019 Hello Eset, I am trying to deploy agent to the laptops that cant be seen by the remote administrator website, i am useing the Eset remote deployment software that you got on the website. it's says success but after 3-5 hours i still cant see them also the program is not installed? what i am doing wrong? Administrators Marcos 5,074 Posted January 28, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 28, 2019 If agent has been deployed, please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html for possible issues with communication with the ESMC server.
