The tool dont install the program at all

Hello Eset, I am trying to deploy agent to the laptops that cant be seen by the remote administrator website, i am useing the Eset remote deployment software that you got on the website. it's says success but after 3-5 hours i still cant see them also the program is not installed? what i am doing wrong?

is it possble to make all in installer and then remove the agent? from gpo since i dont know what to do to fix all the computer with this agent issue.

in some users the folder is not there. after i reinstall the all in one installer stil dont help. and i cant use era to roll out new agent? so i have manually install on 20-25 computer agent?:(

Hello. We got aroung 72 users, and the problem we are having is that the 20-30 clients wont report to the era i was looking to see if the remote agent is installede and its it, and we altso got an gpo for that. but some computer dont have the remote agent folder under programdata there. what can i do? i did try to depoly via eset deploy tools and it says it depolyede but cant see anything new on the era?

so that we need to buy in ordre to use or is it with the remoate administrator?

We use Windows Firewall on the computeres. Do we need to change the end point, or how do we enable the eset firewall so it works okay. Thank you for the fast answer.

that is the problem i get in my remoate administrator. i did try to reinstall on some pc it dont help, then i did try to use the link hxxp://support.eset.com/kb217/?locale=en_US its help for some time and it comes agian.

Hello Eset. I am having problems with the clients " Windows Security Center indicates that the feature is not installed or is not running properly " i hav about 50 computer that hav that problem i did try to read the hxxp://support.eset.com/kb217/?locale=en_US and i did repair also the end point. still it wont get away. is there a fix for it or what shall i do to make it run agian?
