Interaction with people who use our products on day-to-day basis is very important and valuable to us as it helps improve both functionality and user experience. Today, we would like to offer you an opportunity to directly talk to ESET product management team, the people in charge of the product development lifecycle. If you use ESET Remote Administrator to manage security of a computer network of any size, whether in your own organization or that of your customers, we would be interested in talking to you. Depending on your geographical location and preference, we could organize a conference call or even visit you in your office. We are interested in learning more about how you use the products and how they fit into your workflows, finding out what you like and not like about the products, what other solutions you use (to get an idea about what type of solutions we must be able to co-exist and even integrate with). Should you have questions for us, we will be happy to answer them, too. Of course, any information that you choose to share will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality. These meetings usually take between 60 and 90 minutes, we will be happy to adjust depending on your availability.
