Casey O 0 Posted May 15, 2018 Share Posted May 15, 2018 No matter what I do, I cannot resolve this issue and ESET support cannot either. I've cleared the cache & restarted. I've uninstalled and re-installed. I've done both operations twice and nothing changes. It has the program locked up as it won't perform a scan or collect data logs. Can anyone please help? Then disable logging at the same place and gather all logs using ESET Log Collector. Upload the generated archive to a safe location (e.g. Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) and provide me with a download link.
