  1. No matter what I do, I cannot resolve this issue and ESET support cannot either. I've cleared the cache & restarted. I've uninstalled and re-installed. I've done both operations twice and nothing changes. It has the program locked up as it won't perform a scan or collect data logs. Can anyone please help?
  2. I get the same message, except I cannot manually update either. I have cleared the cache & restarted twice to no avail. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice to no avail. This is preventing scanning. I am a tech novice, but it seems like it has the whole program locked up. Any ideas?
