Do I need to make an eset  sys rescue disc if i have a store bought CD of Eset?

You don't need to create a SysRescue cd or usb at all, unless you're trying to clean a persistent malware that is difficult or impossible to remove in normal mode.

If you need a sys rescue disk , you have to make it, it is not included in ESET CD.

If you need a sys rescue disk, you have to make it, the CD you bought cannot replace it.
