Speed_Freak 0 Posted April 5, 2017 Share Posted April 5, 2017 We made some changes to our Virtual Machines and I have noted that our one machine is marked as Rogue. I found this is likely due to a MAC address change. The machine with its new MAC Address is currently registered correctly under the Eset Remote Administrator Windows Computers list as a domain controller so it is being protected. Its old MAC address however still comes up as a Rogue Computer. How can I remove the old computer? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted April 5, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted April 5, 2017 Hello, what you should do is to perform "Rogue Detection Sensor database reset" task. Then the data from the RD sensor will be lost, and it will start reporting the fresh, without the obsolete computer. Eventually, the cleanup of the old data should be done (happens every midnight).
