  1. Do you experience any issues after removing ESET with the Uninstall tool in safe mode? If not, what happens after installing the latest version of ESET from scratch?
  2. The code means license overuse. If you are not using a leaked license, contact the seller from whom you purchased a license. Otherwise please purchase a license and use the new license key for activation.
  3. Did you fill in the online support form https://www.eset.com/de/support/contact/? What is the ID of the ticket that was created?

  7. Unfortunately we don't know what website / url you are attempting to renew your license through. Since you are from Canada, it's likely that the website is under control of ESET, LLC. Please contact your local customer care.
  8. I would suggest contacting customer care through the built-in form so that logs are submitted as well. Also it is not clear if you control Parental Control via parent's mobile phone or through the web portal.
  9. It appears that your license with public ID 33B-EVX-T2H is valid until 02/2020. Do you see a different expiration date in the main program's gui under Help and support?
  10. I assume that the file share web page is not malicious but it was a malicious iframe, ad or whatever that was blocked.

  15. Since the domain seems to be used for tracking and analytical purposes, we will unblock it.
  16. I suggest that you configure Windows to generate complete memory dumps and enable manual trigger of a crash as per https://support.eset.com/kb380. When the issue occurs, trigger a manual crash so that a complete memory dump is generated. Then raise a ticked for your local customer care and provide them with the dump and ELC logs for perusal.
  17. Most likely the problem is that is supports http/2 while the other 2 don't. As I wrote, http/2 support will be added to Banking and payment protection soon, most likely in H1/2019.
  18. The problem is that both an old and new firewall drivers are running at a time. How many machines with this problem do you have? You mentioned you had difficulties removing ESET NOD32 Antivirus before. Could you elaborate more on that? What error were you getting when attempting to uninstall it prior to installing ESET Endpoint Antivirus? If there are not many PCs affected, I'd suggest: - uninstalling ESET - in safe mode running the Uninstall tool to make sure all drivers and files are completely removed - installing ESET Endpoint Antivirus v7 from scratch.

  20. It is weird because potentially unsafe and unwanted detections are handled automatically on clients in managed environments. Were they actually relatively fresh detections from this year?
  21. ESET Log Collector generates a zip archive with logs in the same folder from which it was run.
  22. I mean this: Even if it was a false positive, please provide more details, especially the detection name and the path where it was detected.
  23. Did the user purchase an ESET Dynamic Threat Defense license and activated it through an EBA account from ESMC? If the user has only a license for Endpoint without EDTD, then EDTD must stay disabled in a policy.
  24. Probably you didn't purchase a license for EDTD or you didn't activate EDTD on the client but enabled EDTD through a policy. Please make sure that EDTD is disabled in the advanced setup -> Cloud-based protection.
  25. Do you have the latest version of ESET Internet Security v12.0.31 installed? Does temporarily disabling Webcam protection and rebooting the machine make a difference?
