Hi All,

 

My company have End Point 5.xx installed and company mail server running on different port (not port 80). Issue is after we install the ESET loading Mails are too slow. I add the mail server address exclude from URL scanning still the same. But if i remove 5.xx and install 4.xx it works fine. Is there any way to solve this issue? Only difference i see V5 vs V4 is firewall functionality. 

 

Any input will be great help.

Which of the protection features needs to be temporarily disabled for the issue to go away? Does disabling real-time protection, protocol filtering or HIPS (followed by a computer restart) make a difference? If not, what about renaming C:\Windows\System32\drivers\eamonm.sys and ehdrv.sys in safe mode, one at a time?

What email client do you use?
