Administrators Marcos 5,736 Posted January 17, 2024 Administrators Posted January 17, 2024 You can't install and activate version 9 which is not even listed at https://support-eol.eset.com/en/policy_home/product_tables.html. V10 reached EOL in 2019. Please install v16.0.28 and disable the application status about outdated OS in the advanced setup.

As far as applying these updates, use the following links; https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=kb4474419 https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/search.aspx?q=4490628 Download the KB4490628 update first since it's the service stack update and needs to be installed prior to the KB4474419 update. The main question is if these updates will install w/o issue on the Win 7 Superlight ver.. I assume they will.

Administrators Solution Marcos 5,736 Posted January 21, 2024 Administrators Solution Posted January 21, 2024 While it's possible not to be notified about outdated OS, please keep in mind that Microsoft sunset updates for Windows 7 years ago and the operating system is susceptible to attacks targeting unpatched vulnerabilities. Installing an antivirus won't make the system secure enough no matter how good the AV is.
