Hello!

I got a message about the SSL of "windows.dns.nextdns.com" it says "the certificate used by this server has been marked as untrusted"

NextDNS is a trusted source, why Eset spam warning message ?!

I'm not getting any warning and SSL Labs report no issues either so it must be a local problem with a revoked cert. or missing a CA root certificate. You can raise a support ticket for investigation as further logs and a list of revoked and installed CA certs will be needed.

windows.dns.nextdns.com.io

This is not a valid domain name. It won't resolve in Firefox or any of the SSL server validation web sites I tried.

I prefer using SSL Labs' checker which is most reliable according to my experience

Here's what's weird. Using both Firefox and QUALS SSLab Server test, windows.dns.nextdns.io would not resolve when I originally tested. Now, both have no issues.
