Hi everyone,

Hope you're doing well.

Today i have a issue with agent on Eset protect cloud on offline enviroment.

I've create script agent connect EPC via Bridge.

There appears to be a problem with DNS resolution. Are you able to resolve that *.a.ecaserver.eset.com via nslookup on that machine?

Hi Marcos,

The both win 7 and win 10 in my case have no gateway.(these clients communicate with EPC via ESET BRIDGE)

You can see 2 images i uploaded, win7 and win10 can not resolve EPC address, but win10 can communicate with EPC and win7 can not.

The server certificate is not trusted by the agent.  Make sure that "Digicert Global Root G2" certificate is present in the system Trusted Root certificate store.
