offbyone 10 Posted June 19, 2023 Share Posted June 19, 2023 Just downloaded Apache HTTP Proxy from ESET website to update our installation and wonder why apache did not start any longer. By tracking down the problem I found the message that a module could not be loaded and then I saw that all modules in the module folder changed from *.dll to *.so. Is this correct that the new download includes all modules in *.so (Linux) format and not *.dll (Windows) format. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

For the initial question I found the solution myself. Indeed the naming of the modules have changed between the versions of the proxy. As we had a custom settings file we had to adjust the naming accordingly and now everything works as it should. Ingemar As I understand ESET Bridge is only useful if you have a homogeneous environment with Endpoint Security 10+, is that correct?
