  1. Hello, ESET slows kernel updates because of checking huge amount of files, is it possible to somehow optimize this process or "exclude" it from control ?
  2. I have disabled 'web protection" but for all Linux endpoint, also for Ubuntu, because there are some bugs. Except of that looks like it's working. (latest kernel)
  3. I know Fedora is not officially supported. But maybe small manual for someone 1. dnf install policycoreutils-devel 2. install Management Agent 3. push ESET Server Security from console 4. after installation there will be an error (screenshot1) 5. run command sed -i 's/i_ctime/__i_ctime/g' /var/opt/eset/efs/eventd/eset_rtp/ertp_cache.c && sed -i 's/i_ctime/__i_ctime/g' /var/opt/eset/efs/eventd/eset_rtp/ertp_event.c 6. restart service or reboot 7. service working (screenshot2)
  4. If I understand it well it's in reverse, as description on the info symbol. In "URL ADDRESS MANAGEMENT" Blocked - You can specify which addresses will be excluded from protocol content filtering by using a URL address/mask list. Allowed - You can specify for which addresses protocol content filtering will be allowed by using a URL address/mask So I wanna exclude content filtering for that URL so I put it to the blocked address list. Or am I wrong ?
  5. Yes, but I left web access ON and put *.figma.com to "blocked" address list. Do you still need a ticket & logs or it's some simple fix ?
  6. Yes I have same config as on screenshot 443, isn't there.
  7. There is a default configuration used. What should I disable/tune ? thanks
  8. Figma Desktop App communication was blocked on macOS Endpoints. I had to whitelist *.figma.com. https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/19424714305943 Can we somehow analyze why do communication was blocked ? figma.com is a legit app used by many users. Thanks
  9. After gcc-12 install and service restart, activation is needed on the affected endpoints
  10. So only "fix" is to disable Web protection ?
  11. I enrolled about 30 Ubuntu users today and about 6 of them is working properly. Should I install those gcc-12 via policy right after agent deployment ? Or what is the best practice in this problem ?
  12. Hello, how did you solve the issue ? I have the same, unable to access localhost resources. Should I whitelist localhost addresses ?
