ilanms 0 Posted June 18, 2023 Posted June 18, 2023 I tried the following: User: [MyUser]@gmail.com Password: copied the password from Chrome (that access the email no problem) SMTP server: tried smtp.gmail.com:587 and smatp.gmail.com:465, both with and without TLS I get an unhelpful "an error has occurred..."

I have eset smart security premium installed and running on my pc. My gmail account does have 2 steps authentication set.
