markl 0
Hi All, anyone know why every time i try to create an "Exclusion" in Protect Cloud from an AV detection it fails? I'm very new to ESET so I'm probably doing something wrong, any pointers would be appreciated thanks Mark

Administrators Marcos 4,602 Posted February 7 Administrators Share Posted February 7 Did you add the user from EBA? Does he still exist in EBA? Anyways, please open a support ticket and provide the instance ID from EBA (Help -> About) so that we can check user's data in the database.
