And now, The software GLPI 1.4 canno't recover the agent status or request an inventory of the machine. I try to : - Add an exception for GLPI (don't work) - Disable the AV (don't work) - Uninstall the AV (working) Can you help me ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Solution Tony_M 0 Posted November 4, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted November 4, 2022 I resolved the problem by adding an exception in : "Web and email" => protocol filtering => apps excluded (C:\Program Files\GLPI-Agent\perl\bin\glpi-agent.exe) "Network Protection" => IDS Rules => add (C:\Program Files\GLPI-Agent\perl\bin\glpi-agent.exe) Thanks for your help !
