Outlook and ESET Outlook Add-in Sync Issues/Conflicts

we assume that this unfortunate version of 2051 has also been thoroughly tested?  after all, no one was rushing.  how much our nerves, stress, time and dedication cost all of us - because how were we supposed to know it was a mistake in the eset version.  therefore we asked for redress, one way or the other….  we were looking for the word sorry or apologize in this thread….

FYI We have just uninstall 2051 and installed 2057 for one of our clients as a test and they still have the same issue in that obvious junk emails are moved from the Junk Email folder into the Inbox, Again only way to fix it is to turn off the Anti Spam protection in ESET. Cant believe this is still broken. Maybe its time to look for an alternative product as ESET don't seem to be taking this pretty dangerous flaw as seriously as the end users are.

Pity … we decided to wait a couple of days/weeks to check if 2057 fixed the problem, after a nightmare after defective v 2051 (which is even not available now, there is 2046 and 2057 😉). Eset should consider to revert to ver 2046 with antispam which was working fine, don’t you think ?
