Why won't eset let me log in on my PC!?

I just bought eset and computer.  I created the account and went to my phone to verify email. I logged out of eset on my phone and went back to my PC to log on. The screen just shows that the page is constantly reloading.  So annoying. Why can I log in on my phone but not on the PC where I need the security?

Please be more specific as to what page keeps reloading. Is it the ESET HOME page? If so, please check your system date and make sure it's correct.
