FloridaPro 0 Posted June 12 Share Posted June 12 I'm trying to add two Android devices but whether I login or skip login, I get an error, "Communication Failed Activation Error 542199849." Checked both devices to ensure Internet connectivity, tried resetting the app, uninstall/reinstall. Perhaps a sudden activation server down issue? As I noted, I couldn't get past the login screen and unless one can login, one can't send a support ticket via the built-in form. I did send a support request via the website and got no response however the issue resolved itself and so likely it was a temporary distant end problem.
