I use ESET SMART security premium arm64 version on parallels desktop and every time I try to update I get the message "Update authorization failed. Please check if your license is valid" even though my license is valid and it even shows that it's valid in the app itself.

How do I fix this?

Please contact ESET LLC sales since the license was canceled for some reason.

Good day

I have the same problem I can not update my antivirus. My license key failed in 2025. I have tried to clear cash. But its still giving an error "Update authorization failed. Please check if your license is valid". 

Could you help me please?
