kanciarz293014 0
As I uninstalled ESET, I restarted my computer. My computer got BSOD and displayed following message: "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired" and the file which was causing it was "C:\Windows\system32\drivers\eelam.sys". If anyone has any idea how I can get back on my system I would really appreciate it.
Administrators Marcos 5,298 Posted December 26, 2021 Administrators Share Posted December 26, 2021 I don't think that non-existence of eelam.sys would cause this. I'd rather expect edevmon.sys not to exist on the disk but to be still registered in the registry. Are you able to start Windows in safe mode? Then you could try using the ESET Uninstall tool.
