problem when analysing a UsB key

With ESET Internet Security 14.2.10.0, when I try to analysese a UsB key, the analyse begins, but never ends. I have to switch my computer off in order to stop the analyse.

Does the problem occur even if there are not files on the flash disk? Does it happen with various flash disks? If so, I'd recommend opening a support ticket with your local ESET distributor for further troubleshooting.

I just scanned a USB v2 drive with Eset ver. 14.2.10 installed w/o any issues.
