It works now

After I did the ESET Log collectors following the steps it worked again

At the first time I didn't restart the computer and I said the process no advantage created, but after restarting the computer everything changed well.

You can attach the logs on here. Only moderators will be able to see it or are you saying the windows 7 alert has gone?
