While working, this is not a satisfactory solution since I had to redo all the configuration. And as Cybertooth pointed out - let's see how long it lasts. Basically it's enough to: - stop the ESET service - delete update files and modules - start the service. For common users it's easier just to uninstall and reinstall the product.
