povas 0 Posted October 5, 2020 Posted October 5, 2020 (edited) Version 7.1 of the management agent was previously deployed on all the stations in my network. Now I have upgraded the agent to version 7.2 but there are still some stations that report the agent as outdated, even if the 7.2 version is currently installed on them. On some stations, these alerts disappeared upon station reboot, but on some it still appears even though the agent is upgraded. The alert dates back a few days as the first original occurrence date. Is there any way to force update the workstation details so I can get rid of the alerts? Edited October 5, 2020 by povas
Administrators Marcos 5,443 Posted October 5, 2020 Administrators Posted October 5, 2020 For the notification to go away it is necessary to reboot the machines after upgrading the agent. Should it still show up, try turning off the computer completely or running the command "shutdown -r -t 0" to make sure that a full reboot is performed. Camilo Diaz 1
Camilo Diaz 2 Posted October 5, 2020 Posted October 5, 2020 Hi Marcos, I was experiencing the same with a few clients and after a reboot the warning is gone for good . Cheers
