false error -- Detection Engine out of Date

I am getting error claiming that my Detection Engine is out of date, however i have the same version as the latest.

I tried submitting a support ticket but the tech support case is not working either

Please check your system date. If you have changed it recently, you may need to wait for the next update or switch from regular updates to pre-release updates in the advanced update setup.
