EBA notifying a message for Endpoint

Suddenly one of EBA showing "ESET Endpoint security/Antivirus for Windows - please note, that upgrading requires an immediate reboot for real-time file-system protection to become fully functional."

It's just a general notification for those who plan to upgrade to Endpoint 7.3 that an immediate reboot will be required after upgrade.

So, the notification coming from Windows Computers which are using "Endpoint Security" Right ?

If he do not upgrade and it, will they fall any problem in future ?

Please help me by brief.

You should upgrade your clients to the latest version which is 7.3 , and your endpoints would need a restart after that upgrade because there are lot of changes under the hood from 7.2 to 7.3 , after that you don't need to anything, all you need is to upgrade the endpoints.

And if you don't have Endpoint 7.3, simply close the message and ignore it since it's intended for those who upgrade to v7.3. If you have an older version than 7.2, upgrade to v7.2 for now at least.
