Hello im new here and recently tried the trial version of EIS since its recommended by some people here .After some thoughts i decided that i will buy license for it since it expired already.I have 4 questions and i hope someone can help me; First, since i used the EIS trial will i need to register new email if I buy the retail store license? Second, if i can still use my current email registered from trial, can i use multiple per 1 PC license for all my device on it?,or i need to make new emails per license? The reason for this is that the computer retail stores i found that sell ESET here in philippines all sell 1PC license only for either EIS and Nod32. Third, since the retail store is selling the 2019 version of EIS,will i be able to use it for 1 year completely when i buy and will it be able to update to 2020 version? And fourth, Im planning to use one of the license for android;Am i correct to assume EIS license will work for mobile or do i need to buy the mobile version of ESET and buy through google play instead?

An ESET license entitles you to download, activate and use any version of the product that you have purchased, including future versions.

If you plan to use ESET on more devices, check your local distributor's website since they offer a multi-device pack that is cheaper per device and also enables you to install and use ESET on a mobile phone or other operating systems, such as Linux or Mac (https://www.eset.com/ph/home/multi-device-security/). As for your email address, you can use the same one for the purchase and you will be provided a license key that you can then use to activate ESET.

Thanks for replying,I really appreciate the help.I checked the link you gave and after i tried to put number of device and years and click buy it redirect me to https://www.eset.com.ph/products/home but theres no ESET Multi-Device Security. Is EIS the same as ESET Multi-Device Security?I mean if i buy for 4 device on EIS it will give 1 license only ?and will i be able to use one of it to work for android?

I've reached out to the APAC sales and marketing director to have the discrepancy amended by responsible persons. It appears that multi-device licenses are not actually sold in Philippines so please purchase EIS for as many computers as you need to protect and likewise with ESET Mobile Security. If you need to discuss pricing or licensing, please contact your local ESET distributor.
