licence error

hi i seem to have an error with my licence it says that my licence will need renewed but i have already paid for this months renewal and also received confirmation emails saying that i have paid this months renewal.

For some strange reason it still says that my licence will be renewed on the 18 but i received an email saying that the licence was renewed on nov 10. i need some sort of help into this issue because im afraid i will not be making the payment for a new licence again when there was a payment taken from my bank on the 10 of nov.
