Emails not being received by a business

I have a customer who never receives my emails and it never sends me an error message. They have checked junk files etc and never anything, however I can receive their emails. Would it be something in ESET NOD32 that would prevent such a thing?

What ESET product / version and email client does the user use? What protocol is used to download email from the mail server? Does temporarily disabling protocol filtering or integration with the email client make a difference?
