cindyloubc 0 Posted July 4, 2019 Share Posted July 4, 2019 For some reason lately i'm have been getting an error dialog popping up in the lower right hand corner that reads 'user rules file contains invalid data". I click on 'find more information' and it goes to ESET webstite FAQ page and I searched for it & it says NO SEARCH RESULTS FOUND. Why? What is causing this error to pop up on a daily basis? Administrators Marcos 5,074 Posted July 4, 2019 Administrators Share Posted July 4, 2019 Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector as well as "C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Security\HipsRules.bin" .
