there is scan and my all files and data is convert to heroset file how to change it

If you mean that your files got encrypted and now have the said extension, if you are an ESET user with a valid license please submit the following to samples[at]eset.com:

- a handful of examples of encrypted files (ideally Office document)
- the ransomware note with payment info
- logs collected by ESET Log Collector.
