ESET Remote Administrator Agent communication error.

Hello Team,

Issue: some PC's in network,Last Connected in ESET Remote Administrator Console is not up to date.client side agent service running proper.

The entry shows, that the last update in the log is on June 11, 2018, meaning more like a half a year ago. Based on what you think that the agent is running normally? When you open the text "trace log" entry, from which day are the last entries? As this might indicate some sort of corruption of the agent database.

Dear Sir,

on client system agent service running and normally and if in corruption in agent database then how to resolve problem because in there network around 20 to 25 system same issue.

One of our devs looked at your issue. Your agent is continuously restarting itself, which means it does not work correctly. It´s recommended to uninstall it, and reinstall from scratch.

Hello Team,

i have uninstall agent in system and install agent again and its communicate to ERA Server normally,but this is not permanent solution,there are 20 to 25 problematic system.

please do need for solution.

@SandipThanki Only permanent solution in this case would be to reinstall the damaged agent. Or you are trying to suggest that this happens more frequently? Was it this "agent breakup" coupled with some other action on the related computers? Like OS Update, or security product upgrade, or ERA agent upgrade?
