Eset Smart Security Anti-Spam

Hi,

 

I've been using Smart Security Anti-Spam with Microsoft Outlook for about 2 weeks now and it seems I continually have to block the same emails over and over. I examined several of the ones if seems to find a second time and everything is the same, both the to and from addresses and even the subjects. To be sure I even checked the headers and they are identical except for the unique email ID. What can cause this?

Hello Joelore,

 

if the messages are being blocked by ESET's Antispam just add the safe senders to the whitelist.

That should be sufficient to prevent marking them again as spam.
