You mean remove a blocked url ?

If its blocked, it has a threat. Why remove and visit.

You need to disable web protection for that.

As already stated, the url is blocked to protect you, of course. But if you are willing to take the risk, then see here:  ESET is blocking a website I know to be safe—how do I exclude it?

Instead of taking the risk of getting infected by accessing the site with the web protection disabled, if you believe it is an FP then you can tell ESET about it and if it indeed is an FP it will be fixed and you will be able to access the site safely

Sometimes people report a blocked website but in fact it's a trojan which was detected on it and the website as such was not actually blacklisted.
