ANDROID : Difference between ESET security audit and app access rights

Good morning all,

I've just installed on my smartphone (Android 7.1.1) Eset Mobile Security. When I am checking the audit security severals apps have access to my contact, files etc... whereas I check in Parameters/Applications/App Name/Access rights/ I've already disabled all access...

Is someone knows why there is a difference between my audit and the displayed parameters ? Does the Google play service has special privilege ?
