idhToronto 0 Posted January 7, 2018 Share Posted January 7, 2018 For the last few weeks one of my machines running Eset Internet Security receives an error message when updating which indicates the Modules Update Failed and Server Not Found. I have attached print screens. I have internet access and have cleared the update cache yet the error continues to exist. Please advise on a solution. Administrators Marcos 5,259 Posted January 8, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2018 Please carry on as follows: - in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics enable advanced firewall and advanced update engine logging - run update - disable logging - collect logs with ELC and supply me with the generated archive via a personal message (if too big to attach, upload it to Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. and provide me with a download link).
