Unable to Create/Download 64-Bit All-in-One Installer

32-bit works fine, however when trying to download the 64-bit installer I receive the following:

Downloading installers from repository and preparing all-in-one installer

Failed: Internal server error

Could you be more specific of package selections. i.e. which product you selected (type, version, language) and what ERA version are you using. Could you also check SERVER's trace.log for more detailed error?

ERA version is noted in the original post. Product is the latest ESET Endpoint Antivirus 64-bit for Windows. Trace log has not been very helpful so far as I can't find anything relevant to the error at the time it occurs.

I'd suggest capturing the network communication while attempting to create an AiO installer. When done, compress it, upload it to a safe location along with the server trace log and post here the download links.
